Account & Data Deletion Policy

You can request deletion of your Noni account and associated eligible personal data. / आप अपने Noni account और उससे जुड़े योग्य personal data को delete करने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।

1. In-app deletion request / App के अंदर

Open Settings → Legal & Safety → Account & Data Deletion. Contact support from your registered email so we can verify the account.

2. Request after uninstall / App uninstall होने के बाद

If you cannot access the app, email kaushikscienceprojects@gmail.com from your registered account email with the subject “Account deletion request”. This page remains publicly accessible without signing in.

3. What is deleted

After verification, eligible account profile data, chats, saved memories and user-linked generated-image records will be deleted or anonymized where technically applicable. Deletion is not the same as temporary deactivation.

4. Limited retention

Limited billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, dispute or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by applicable law. Such retained records are not kept for continued personalized chatting.

5. Processing

We will acknowledge valid requests and process them within the period required by applicable law. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting an account to prevent unauthorized deletion.
