Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to Noni Credit recharges and digital benefits used in Noni.

1. Review before purchase

Price, quantity, validity and the digital benefit are shown before payment. Purchases require an explicit action and are not added through pre-ticked consent.

2. General no-cancellation rule after digital delivery

Because NC and NC-funded features are digital benefits provisioned immediately, a successfully delivered or consumed recharge is generally non-cancellable and non-refundable for change of mind, accidental use, dissatisfaction with AI wording or unused NC, except where applicable law requires a remedy.

3. Refund exceptions

We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, a verified unauthorised charge, payment captured but the purchased benefit not delivered, the wrong benefit provisioned because of a confirmed technical error, or another situation where a refund or remedy is required by applicable law. A chargeback, fraud investigation or payment reversal may suspend the related digital benefit while the matter is reviewed.

4. How to request

Email kaushikscienceprojects@gmail.com from your registered email within 7 calendar days of the charge. Include the account email, payment or UTR reference, amount, date and a short explanation. Never send a card PIN, CVV, OTP or banking password.

5. Processing time

We will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method within a reasonable period; bank or payment-provider settlement time may be additional.

6. Cancellation and recurring billing

Current Noni packs are one-time digital purchases unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. There is no automatic recurring charge in the current version. If recurring billing is introduced later, the renewal terms and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase.

7. Wallet and referral rewards

Noni Wallet and referral rewards are promotional in-app value, not money held for withdrawal. Wallet redemptions are final once the selected digital benefit is successfully provisioned. Invalid, fraudulent, duplicated or reversed referral transactions may result in reward reversal.
