AI & Content Safety Policy

Noni is an adults-only fictional AI companion. This page explains the safety rules for AI chat and generated content. / Noni केवल 18+ वयस्कों के लिए एक काल्पनिक AI companion सेवा है।

1. AI-generated service / AI द्वारा बनाई गई सामग्री

Companion replies and generated images are produced automatically and can be inaccurate or unexpected. Companion images are labelled “AI-generated · Fictional”; custom generated files may also contain persistent provenance metadata. Noni is not a real person and must not be relied on for emergencies, medical, legal or financial decisions. / Companion के जवाब और AI images स्वतः बनते हैं और कभी-कभी गलत या अप्रत्याशित हो सकते हैं।

2. Prohibited content / प्रतिबंधित सामग्री

Do not use Noni for child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, coercion, credible threats, fraud, malware, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or unlawful impersonation. Attempts to bypass safety or payment controls may be blocked. / नाबालिगों से जुड़ी यौन सामग्री, शोषण, बिना सहमति की intimate सामग्री, धमकी, धोखाधड़ी या गंभीर गैर-कानूनी उपयोग प्रतिबंधित है।

3. Adult romantic content / वयस्क रोमांटिक सामग्री

Adult fictional romance may be supported only within the service's safety limits. Consent and stop/refusal cues must be respected. Content involving minors is never allowed. / वयस्क काल्पनिक romance केवल safety limits के भीतर है; सहमति और stop/refusal का सम्मान जरूरी है।

4. Report AI content / AI जवाब रिपोर्ट करें

If an AI response is offensive, unsafe or inappropriate, use the in-app “Report AI response” option. Reports may include the reported message identifier and limited context needed to investigate. You may also contact kaushikscienceprojects@gmail.com.

5. Enforcement

We may filter prompts or outputs, restrict features, suspend accounts, investigate reports and preserve limited records where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
